LIVE FIRE TRAINING STRUCTURES

Our consultation with engineers renders the best design to meet your training objectives, while our preconstruction service ensures your structure will be delivered on budget. Let 60 years of general construction experience work for you. We have completed work on hundreds of commercial structures, including nearly two hundred live fire training structures. These Class A training structures offer the features and durability you need to deliver first class training.

SYSTEM 203 THERMAL LINING SYSTEM

High Temperature Linings’ System 203 is an advanced high temperature thermal lining material able to withstand extreme temperatures and thermal shock associated with effective fire training conducted in accordance with NFPA 1403. System 203 protects structural components of live fire training structures from temperatures up to 1800° F, while not allowing temperatures exceeding to 300F° to 350F° to be transmitted to the structure.

This material withstands repeated high temperatures and extreme thermal shocks developed with live fire training evolutions. System 203 resists degradation such as spalling, cracking or splintering while allowing for expansion and contraction of materials responding to rapidly fluctuating temperatures. This material is designed to deliver twenty years of service with little maintenance.

MAINTENANCE OF LIVE FIRE TRAINING STRUCTURES:

Services include concrete and masonry repairs, doors, windows, burn racks, and maintenance or replacement of protective lining systems. Refurbished structures frequently receive our System 203 linings to provide twenty years of continued service.
